- Final capstone presentations should be no more than 15 minutes and will be timed. At 20 minutes, teams will need to stop where they are in their presentation.
- When presenting, teams will receive notification via signs in the room or via a message to each group member in the Zoom chat function when there is 10 minutes left, 5 minutes left, and 1 minute left.
- Slides should be approximately 1 minute each, with no more than 20 slides in a group presentation.
- Each group member must be a part of the presentation and there should not be a single presenter/speaker.
- All group members should either be up at the podium speaking or with video and audio on/unmuted for Zoom presentations.
- There will be an additional 10-15 minutes for each group to receive feedback from guest reviewers and questions from the audience.
- When your group is not speaking, please stay for other presentations and keep yourselves muted unless called on for questions.
